The piece the shop is known for. A forged arm curled into a ring on a hammered backplate 3 inches wide by 6 long, with an eighth inch thick plate behind it. It takes a hat by the crown so the brim never flattens, and people buy a second and a third once they have one. Hand forged by N.J. Pawley in Cody, Wyoming and finished in linseed oil. It leaves the shop raw, never coated or painted, so you can let it darken on its own or finish it however you like. Every one is made by hand, so the hammer marks and the set of the ring vary from piece to piece. Part of the Cody Iron Works collection.
