Electronic Communications Consent

By creating an account and using the Ranch Route platform, you consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, transaction records, and legally required notices from Ranch Route electronically.

Electronic communications may be delivered via:

• Email to the address associated with your account
• Platform notifications within your Ranch Route account
• SMS or text message (if you have opted in to SMS notifications)

You agree that the following communications may be provided electronically:

• Order confirmations and receipts
• Transaction records and account statements
• Notices of changes to terms, policies, or fees
• Legal disclosures and required notices
• Account-related communications including suspension or termination notices

You are responsible for maintaining a valid and current email address associated with your account. If your email address changes, you must update it promptly in your account settings.

Communications sent to the email address on file are deemed delivered and effective even if you fail to receive them due to an outdated or incorrect email address.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by writing to legal@ranchroute.co.

Withdrawing consent may require account closure.

If you withdraw consent and do not close your account, Ranch Route reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, as certain legally required communications cannot be delivered through non-electronic means in a cost-effective manner.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of electronic communications previously delivered to you.

Any agreements, transactions, or legal obligations established through electronic communications prior to your withdrawal remain in full force and effect.

To access and retain electronic communications, you need:

• A device with internet access and a current web browser
• A valid email account capable of receiving HTML email
• Sufficient storage to retain electronic records
